Traditionally, yoga was only ever taught on a one to one basis.   Group classes are a relatively recent introduction and a wonderful one in my view, but they are not for everyone. 


One to one teaching is a great way to really tailor a class to your needs and desires for your own practice.  They enables me to really spend time exploring each posture with you and what works best for your body.   We can cover breath work and pranayama in more detail and dig deeper into meditation. 


Whether you are looking to establish a yoga practice, deepen your practice or if you are just not keen on attending group classes, then this is a wonderful way to take time for yourself, to nurture yourself and to tend to your mental and physical wellbeing.
